These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the PlayHood website, community meetups, WhatsApp community, and any products or services purchased through playhoodclub.com ("the Website"), operated by PlayHood, a partnership business registered in India in 2026. By accessing this Website or joining our community, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

PlayHood offers:
- Free community meetups at public parks featuring traditional Indian games
- A free WhatsApp community for members
- A weekly game subscription service, matching families with a traditional game each week based on their stated preferences and activity level
- Traditional game equipment available for purchase or rental
- Structured game courses and programs for families, schools, and communities
- Access to discounted health and wellness services through independent third-party partners, available to active subscribers
3. Eligibility
Our free community meetups are open to individuals and families of all ages. Purchases on our Website may only be made by individuals who are 18 years or older, or by a parent/guardian on behalf of a minor.
4. Orders & Payments
When you place an order for equipment or a course through our Website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. All payments are processed through our authorized third-party payment gateway. PlayHood does not store your card or payment credentials on our servers.
Prices listed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. PlayHood reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
5. Equipment Rental Terms
Rented equipment remains the property of PlayHood at all times. Renters are responsible for the condition of equipment during the rental period and agree to return it by the agreed date. Damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges as communicated at the time of rental.
6. Subscription Terms
PlayHood's weekly game subscription is billed on a recurring basis (monthly, 3-monthly, or annually, as selected at signup). Subscriptions do not automatically carry over health or equipment benefits beyond what is explicitly stated at the time of purchase. Eligibility for the 3-Month Family Challenge requires completion of all weekly games within that subscription period, verified at PlayHood's discretion. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial-period refund is provided except as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Community Meetup Participation
Participation in PlayHood's free Sunday community meetups is entirely voluntary and at the participant's own risk. PlayHood, its founders, and volunteers are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in outdoor games or activities. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times during meetups.
8. User Conduct
By joining our WhatsApp community or attending meetups, you agree to behave respectfully towards other members, volunteers, and Park Captains. PlayHood reserves the right to remove any individual from our community or events for conduct that is harmful, disrespectful, or disruptive.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website, including but not limited to the PlayHood name, logo, Game Science Framework, text, graphics, and design, is the property of PlayHood and may not be reproduced without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
PlayHood provides its Website, products, and community services on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PlayHood shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
11. Changes to These Terms
PlayHood reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website or participation in our community after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
