Option 1 — In the app (fastest)
- Open the PlayHood app and log in
- Go to More
- Tap Delete my account and confirm
This immediately and permanently removes your name, phone number, step history, gold coins, and any photos or videos you've shared — not just hidden, actually deleted from our servers.
If you're the Head of a family with other members, the app will ask you to either hand off the Head role first, or delete the whole family's data at once — your choice.
Open PlayHoodOption 2 — Can't access the app?
Email us at Partner@Playhoodclub.com from the contact details on your account (or tell us your registered phone number) and ask us to delete your account. We'll confirm and complete it within 7 days.
What gets deleted
- Your name, phone number, and password
- All step counts and goal history
- Gold coins and discount redemption codes
- Any photos or videos you've shared in the weekly games feed
- Your membership in any family group
